Insights shows how people use your site after the Node SDK is installed and events start flowing.
Overview
The Insights home summarizes activity for the selected site and time range: visits, identified vs anonymous visitors, and high-level engagement.
Visitor profiles
User Profiles lists visitors built from recent activity.
- Most recent — last activity first
- Most common — visitors who come to the site most often (page visits, then sessions)
Open a profile to see:
- Identity (anonymous or identified)
- Pages and sessions
- Interests and signals
- A timeline of activity
Look visitors up by visitor ID (for example browser_…) from the profiles search box.
Events
Event Browser lists tracked events for the selected time range: page views, clicks, and custom events your developers send. Totals reflect the range you picked, not a forever history.
If a profile or event list is empty, confirm the Node SDK is installed, the tracking ID matches the site, and someone has visited the live site (Composer preview does not send visitor events).
